Robert’s mission in life is to make the world a better place. He entered into the non-profit sector from a sales and marketing background, originally helping individuals with disabilities find jobs, make resumes, and prepare for interviews. But after applying for funding to redevelop the organization’s job lab, winning 6 of the 7 submitted applications, Robert realized he could help many more people by securing funding for others to provide direct service, rather than providing that service directly.
